Who ever said that books couldn’t be random and spontaneous? Well, this book is definitely one that fits in to those descriptions. Jon Scieskza and Lane Smith have created one of the most beloved laugh-a-long books. This book takes fairy tales to the next level. I guess you could say this book is a mix of different fairy tales in different situations. With some characters in other stories, it makes the book become one of those that you just can’t help but laugh while reading it. The reason this book is great for kids is because it brings the comedy and sarcasm that other books don’t.
Mary LeCompte, from Common Sense Media, says: “Parents need to know that there’s no real story here, just pure silly entertainment. The gags are fun, and the artwork is wacky. A good giggle for kids and adults alike.” By reading this book, you will give your children and yourself great memories. This is a great book for any story time, bedtime, or just family reading. If you want to give your family a laugh, try reading this book. It will give you a new perspective of what “fairy tales” really can be.
