Title of Book: Chicka Chicka Boom Boom
Author of book: Bill Martin Jr. And John Archambault
Time length to read: 5-6 min.
Age recommend: 2-6 years old
Who ever said learning the alphabet had to be hard? Well not anymore. Bill Martin Jr. and John Archambault have written a fun exciting book that will get children wanting to sing about their ABC’s more. In this book, letters slowly climb up a coconut tree until the tree finally bends; forcing the letters out of the tree. This book is great for children because it is a sing-a-long type of book. Christa J. Koch from Preschool Education says “This is a delightful story about the alphabet. The story has a catchy rhythmic pattern. Before long your children will be reciting the story back to you.” Not only that, but the book is beautifully illustrated with fun bright colors that children will love. I highly recommend you go check this out for either yourself or your kids. You will be singing the “Chicka Chicka Boom Boom” alphabet song before you know it.
